Who are these guys?

We’re a husband-and-wife team who write and photograph full time for state, regional and national magazines. We also sell stock photos, which have appeared in magazines, books, brochures, calendars, traveling displays and websites.

What we cover

Bird watching, wildlife watching, fishing, paddling, hiking, camping and other non-motorized recreation form the heart of our business. We also cover a wide variety of other subjects, such as travel, art, and the Old West.

Our backgrounds

We’ve put in our time at schools, and between the two of us we have bachelor’s degrees in biology, physics and communications, as well as a master’s in systems management. Speaking of putting in time, Craig served 27 years as a military pilot. Strongly infected with the do-it-yourself bug, we’ve built our own house for the family, among many other projects.
